Indeed, Atlanta showed up with their New Year's Resolutions and showed out for the official launch to the public of Dance Your Pounds Off.
The Dance Your Pounds Off official launch started out with an amazing Confidence Panel filled with experts in health, fitness, beauty, and entrepreneurship, giving the guest an opportunity to hear testimonials from experts and also ask any questions before beginning to Dance Their Pounds Off in an effort to save their lives! The event also included classes from other fitness companies in Atlanta including the high energy Kangoo Club Atlanta.
CEO and Fitness Instructor showed Atlanta why Dance Your Pounds Off--as it has gone viral--why this alternative to exercising is so addicting as well as a must. He made it clear that the only rule he had for the class was that everyone be on the floor, he told them to “let themselves go and get out of their on way” and “just live!” if only for the moment. He also explained that the word “pounds” in Dance Your Pounds Off means more than weight. “It stands for anything holding you down, whether it be weight, finances, family, and insecurities, anything at all , we DANCE IT OFF!”
CEO and Fitness instructor to the stars, Dwight Holt Jr, gave Atlanta the time of their lives with his company’s fun and energetic take on health and fitness. The event that was hosted by the multi-faceted, D. Woods was an event to be kicking yourself for if you've missed, but don’t kick yourself too hard because a little birdie told us their may be another one soon!
This was one exercise/fitness event that will go in the books.
